I come to The Next Step Trust every Thursday and Friday. The other days I go to Huddersfield College. During college holidays I come to Next Step every day and I have a timetable of activities for this.

My favourite activity is bowling. I go there on the Next Step minibus every Friday afternoon with two other Next Steppers. I get along very well with all the staff, especially the ladies!!

I like helping the staff with tasks. I often take the post onto the post box at King Cross. I also help to do the banking by taking cheques and cash to the bank. I often go on shopping trips to Tesco and King Cross and I'm very good at remembering what supplies are needed for the kitchen. I often pop a bag of 'Haribo' into the trolley.

When the weather is fine I like to get out and about nearby. I have visited some local parks and the garden centre. I also attend the hydro pool at my old school Ravenscliffe. I like it because it's very nice and warm. I sometimes see some familiar faces there as well!

I love the lunches that Jill makes, my favourite is lasagne followed by ice cream.
