I came to The Next Step Trust as a volunteer from Longwood Engineering.

I was here for a week and worked with a wide variety of people, learning all their different needs and the different care needed.

On the first day I went on the specialist bikes with the Next Steppers. This was very eye opening. I used the specialist wheel chair bike - it was very hard work!

I did a wide range of activities such as arts and crafts and massage, which all the Next Steppers loved and was lovely to see.

The staff were all lovely and looked after me sharing as much information with me as possible helping me widen my knowledge.

Overall I have had a wonderful time and think the Next Step Trust is a fantastic place and would love to visit again.
