We feel that having some part-time employees gives us greater flexibility, allowing us to vary the amount of care being provided each day to meet the specific needs of the Next Steppers attending on those days.
We also have a 'Cafe Supremo' in Jill Thewlis. Jill works part-time but every day of the week, and is responsible for all aspects of our dining and catering facility. Jill is assisted by Donna Hatzer, Kim Tatersall and Amy Chesters, who also work part-time but every day of the week.
