"Excellence 2011" Awards

The "Excellence 2011" Awards ceremony was held on 14th November, celebrating teams across West Yorkshire that work with and for the NHS.
The wnner in the "Partnership Working and Involvement" Category was the Calderdale Community Health Champions Team, which features our own Jill Thewlis. Well done Jill.
