I came to Next Step Trust as part of my training for West Yorkshire Police and have had a wonderful time with lots of 'smiles'. All the staff and Next Steppers made me feel very welcome and I had fun joining in with some of their activities.

The facilities here are brilliant. I particularly enjoyed gardening with the Next Steppers and then relaxing on the swing after we had done a bit of hard graft weeding!

I learnt a lot about communication with people with complex needs and feel that it has been a positive impact on my police station. One of the Next Steppers taught me some sign language wich is of good use.

The staff and management here are a credit to the community, always paying meticulous attention to making sure the young people's needs are met, and providing a structured fun environment tailored to everyone's individual needs.

I have had a great learning experience and will be back to visit.
