Rebecca has been working as a part-time support worker in the period between leaving University and starting her career as a Speech Therapist.

The Next Step Trust is a friendly and welcoming place. The staff are knowledgeable and in tune with the needs of the Next Steppers that they support. Next steppers enjoy their time at NST and are provided with opportunities to achieve and develop. These are some of the things that have made working at the centre a positive and rewarding experience.
